It was a very pleasant event for me. Being an elderly woman who has difficultly walking, the employees went out of their way, helping find and advising a Christmas gift for my great grandbaby Bugsy, yes a rabbit! The clerk was very patient with me. I even got my 2 other great grandbabies some special doggy treat. Once at the register, I both a certificate for 50 dollars to help my grandson with Bugsy's expenses. He's a college student with little income. The young man told me he would carry my purchases to my car. Oh I forgot, I bought bird feeder and wanted another one, so he ordered one. He was so nice and helpful. As we walked out the door, he even help me off the curb. He held out his hand so I would not fall.
Now that's custmer service, you don't find that anymore. The employer should recognize the effort he made.
